KWT uses a range of freight providers to deliver goods in a cost effective timely manner. A tracking number will usually be emailed to a customer’s default email address on the day goods are dispatched. For customers in South East QLD same day delivery is generally available if placed with KWT by 9:30am. For other customers overnight express orders are available if no later than 4pm and if the order can fit into an Australia Post 5 kg bags. If for reason a shop is closed and a courier cannot make a delivery inside of business hours 9am – 4:30pm the carrier will leave an attempt to deliver card. The shop owner can pick up the goods themselves or can call the freight company to arrange a re-delivery. If the customer chooses have the order re-delivered KWT will issue an additional freight charge of $15.

Returns for credit will not be accepted without prior approval from KWT Nominees Pty Ltd. Returns may be subject to handling charges of up to 10 %.
Shipping damages, shortages or mistakes with orders should be notified within seven days of receipt of goods. For any return
